Pre-appointment details
At Body Bliss, we highly recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment. This extra time allows our team to thoroughly go over any fine details and address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming service. To ensure optimal results and your overall well-being, we kindly request that you abstain from consuming alcohol and caffeine on the day of your appointment, as well as the following day. Loose-fitting clothing is also advised, as it promotes comfort during your session. Additionally, we suggest refraining from eating within two hours prior to your service, as well as making sure to stay hydrated by drinking an ample amount of water.
Cancellation policies
At Body Bliss, we understand the value of your time and prioritize providing you with exceptional service. With that in mind, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancelation. This enables us to accommodate other clients and optimize our appointment slots effectively. To maintain fairness and availability, we allow for one rescheduling per appointment. To avoid any fees please don't hesitate to contact us if you need to cancel your appointment, as we are always here to assist you promptly and with a smile.
Payment policies
Unlike some businesses, Body Bliss takes a more flexible approach when it comes to deposits. We Require either a $50 non-refundable deposit or a valid credit card on file. This allows us to uphold our cancellation policy, which is designed to ensure fairness and maintain our commitment to providing top-notch service. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee charged to the credit card on file if a deposit was not made. For no-show appointments, the $50 fee will be charged accordingly. Moreover, we value our clients' time immensely and aim to deliver exceptional service. To respect everyone's schedule, we kindly ask that you arrive no later than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. This ensures that we can provide the high-quality service you deserve. In some cases, if you exceed the 15-minute grace period, we might have to refuse service without rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining an efficient and satisfying experience for all our clients.
